Diane von Furstenberg knows fashion like no other, and she just showcased her bright summer style on Instagram. DVF flaunted her her all-over strong body and contagious energy while modeling a red one-piece in a makeup-free, post-swim selfie.

The 75-year-old fashion designer got real with her followers in her recent Instagram caption. "Selfie at 75 ? Trying to own it and 2 hours of daily swimming helps ! I know I should smile but I feel stupid smiling at myself ! Gratitude 🙏," she wrote. Owning it is an understatement.

Diane's fans were eager to cheer her on in the comments. "Stunning and sensational," one follower wrote. "75 DAMN! You look FANTASTIC DVF!!!" another commented. And finally, one person wrote what everyone is thinking: "Taking notes 🤓📝." Yup, same.

If you're wondering what Diane does to stay so strong, keep reading. Here are the secrets to living the DVF lifestyle in your 70s.

For one, Diane goes all in on her two-hour daily swim (as she mentioned in her caption). Swimming is a great form of cardio and a fun, total-body workout that isn't too hard on your joints. Practicing this low-impact exercise can allow you to stay active every day without placing stress on your body.

Diane also enjoys long walks, she told The Wall Street Journal. Walking is another low-impact workout that has a plethora of health benefits. A regular walk in the park can actually reduce your risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and heart disease, Keri Peterson, MD, a doctor specializing in internal medicine, told WH.

Check out one of Diane's scenic hikes:

Diane doesn't have a set wake-up time, but she often rises early enough to watch the sunrise, she told the WSJ. Then, she meditates before starting her busy day.

Diane's go-to breakfast is pomegranate and yogurt, along with coffee. She is also adamant about taking probiotics each morning.

Last spring, Diane published her manifesto, Own It: The Secret to Life, where she shared her many pearls of wisdom with fans. (BRB, adding to my cart now.)

The biggest life lesson Diane has shared comes from her mother, though. She taught Diane "that fear was not an option and that I had to be responsible for myself. I really discovered that the secret of life is owning it."

Diane described how owning your imperfections makes them your assets. "You own your vulnerability; it becomes your strength. And so it is really about being in charge of yourself and making a commitment to yourself to be the best you can be," she told the WSJ. I love that!

Keep up the good work, DVF!
