As fans eagerly await the release of Lady Gaga's newest song, "Hold My Hand," which she wrote for the upcoming Top Gun: Maverick movie, it's clear that the singer is taking some well-deserved time away from her busy schedule (which also includes her ongoing Las Vegas residency) for a little R&R. Gaga's latest IG post is all the proof I need to see that she is living her ~best~ life poolside.
The House of Gucci actress, 36, shared a pic of herself soaking up some sun while wearing a strappy, blue, SHEIN thong bikini paired with black sunglasses. The suit perfectly accentuates Gaga's perky peach and legs for days. I'm getting some serious Marilyn Monroe vibes here.
"Somebody’s 🧃," she captioned the pic.

Gaga's friends and followers were quick to hop into the comments section to cheer her on. Musician Brian Newman commented, "Wowzah!!" And performer Amanda Lepore wrote, "❤️🔥❤️."
To get her booty and legs so strong, Gaga turns to her yoga mat. Back in January, she shared a pic of herself nailing an impressive headstand, which takes some serious core strength. Gaga has actually been practicing yoga since 2004, having picked up the practice while studying at New York University, according to the New York Times.

She also loves to stay active outdoors. And lately, that has included getting in some cardio time on the tennis court.

Other activities that get Gaga moving outside include rock climbing, horseback riding, and swimming laps. And to help her sore muscles recover, she is no stranger to an ice bath.

When it comes to her diet, Gaga has a personal chef (childhood friend, Bo O'Connor) who has traveled on tour with the star and helps her stay "really disciplined," eating "mostly healthy" meals, according to The New Potato. Gaga is a big fan of "half-cheat meals" like gluten-free pastas and dishes with lots of vegetables and quinoa.
And she also eats a really big, healthy breakfast. O'Connor told The Feast that breakfast is usually, "some type of eggs or egg whites, definitely vegetables, a lot of vegetables, and sometimes Greek yogurt or different types of fruit, or healthy granola," she said. If Gaga is in the mood for something sweeter in the morning, O'Connor will whip up a "healthy" version of the meal.
And she also loves a good cocktail.
