Looking good! Alexandra Daddario shared some rare insight into her whirlwind romance with producer Andrew Form, who she married during a romantic ceremony at the iconic Preservation Hall in New Orleans earlier this summer

As for the Baywatch star's vision for her big day in June, she explained her desire for their ceremony to 'feel like a good, easy time without the pressure of convention.'

Following their walk down the aisle, the lovebirds managed to squeeze in a 'mini honeymoon' that entailed going on a road trip through Mississippi and Alabama, before concluding with the beaches of Florida's panhandle.

Since getting hitched, less than a year after getting engaged, Daddario joked that their 'version of a night out at the club' is getting 'a little wild, open a bottle of wine, and fighting over chess.'

When asked about managing her grueling schedule, the Emmy nominee credits hot yoga and acupuncture for keeping her mind and body strong.

'If I do them back-to-back, it's almost like a computer rebooting,' she explained.

Her love of acupuncture came after the Chinese medicine practice successfully treated a frozen shoulder that she suffered at 23.

'I'm obsessed,' she says. 'I've had the needles everywhere—all over my body.'

The actress says she even had an acupuncturist needle her perineum and above her gumline.

During the interview, the True Detective actress also reflected on struggling in school and turning to children's theater as an escape.

After landing a number roles in commercials, she recalled finally landing a part on on the soap opera All My Children at age 16.

'I wasn't a very good actress,' Alexandra said of her acting as a teen. 'I could memorize my lines, but finding my camera, finding my light, even learning how to walk naturally—it took a lot of practice. I knew something was wrong, but I knew I could fix it. I knew that I loved what I did and that I could be better.'
