MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (PRWEB) June 03, 2022

For the past five years, The Wonder Woman Initiative has been curating intimate, special events highlighting survivors of domestic violence, trauma, and honoring women who have overcome the odds and are lending their gifts and services to their communities. Founded by Tayo Ishola, a Miami-based Social Entrepreneur and Fashion Designer of the Eido Swimwear brand, the overarching vision of the initiative is to empower others to see the beauty and power within themselves.

"Metanoia: The Crowned Mind" is the theme for this year’s event to further highlight the creative vision of positive transformation through the shifting of mental and physical states by incorporating elements of fashion and art as a vehicle for conversation. This engaging yet entertaining event also coincides with the rebirth and launch of the founder’s brand “Eido Swimwear” to the more mature and luxurious “I Am Eido” brand.

This one-of-a-kind show will be on Saturday, July 16 at the Kimpton Angler's, bringing together the swim/resort/athleisure fashion and wellness communities together in a rooftop oasis that enables supporters, buyers, vendors, fashion enthusiasts and the press to engage in an immersive Miami Swim week experience like no other. This show will be hosted by Karmel Bortoleti, a Brazilian Model, Actress and Philanthropist who nurtures a mandate of helping and building support structures for formerly-incarcerated women to transition out of the justice system. She has appeared on covers of Glamour, Harper’s Bazaar, and continues to use her influence for positive change.

Honorees include Victoria Vesce, a Sports Illustrated Swim Finalist who is also a Brain Tumor Survivor; Gloria Ward, a Business Strategist and an Author; Renee “Stichiz” Casseus a Philanthropist and an iHeart Radio Host.

The featured designers include Tayo Ishola of Eido Swimwear, Jennifer Nicole Lee with her VIP Queen Collection, Judith Gaffney of Culture Trees, Maranatha Novembre of Allure Novembre, Gina Marie Xocal of Xocal Biquini, and Jnaba Diallo of Dieo.
